We have around 7 miles of well-maintained trails allowing access to an incredibly diverse variety of plants. Our foraging classes, hosted by Alisha, have proved very popular, and from spring through fall there is plenty to be found - we can't guarantee a 10lb Hen of the Woods every time though!!
Spring & early summer foraging walks
After a brief welcome and introduction, you’ll join a small group (max 8) for a 1½ -2 hour walk around the land, learning to identify and collect edible wild plants and hearing how they can be used in food. After the walk there will be a selection of light snacks and refreshments made with foraged ingredients back at the farm. Cost $70 per person.
Classes run from 10am-1pm

If you have a group of 4 or more and would like a custom class just for you, please email us! Foraging, bread baking, canning / preserving and pizza classes are available for small groups at the same rates as our open classes.
